About: University Hospital Of Hartlepool / Accident and emergency

After calling 111 for advice was told I needed to attend urgent care centre.

I was given an appointment for 2 1/2 hours time.

I arrived and was seen within 10 mins.

I was expecting to a long wait and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.
