"car parking"

About: Queen's Hospital / General medicine

I was informed there was a car park in Old Church Rise which indeed there is.although not directly the hospitals responsibility it would be nice if there was some signage on turning into OldChurch Rise from Oldchurch Rd that there was a bus gate within 30 metres. This meant no other part of the hospital complex was reachable. I consequently received a penalty notice for going through this bus gate of an eye watering £130. If there had been a clear "no entry" sign for cars it would eliminate entering this trap. Dr Martin Henry

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you have been issued with a penalty notice. Unfortunately, the restriction you are referring to has not been enforced by Barking Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust. Therefore, you would need to raise your concerns with the local council, they can be contacted on 01708 434343. Once again, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

Kind Regards
