"The last few weeks of my mothers life"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

Just like the daughter who lost her father recently,   my mother was also suffering from delirium,   her care was almost non existent,   know one told us about her treatment,   everyday  they would take blood,   it was like they was draining her blood. We got no answers,   and felt like we wasnt being listened to. Eventually my mum became worse after spending weeks in Hardy ward, being mistreated

I am sorry to hear of this. Thank you for taking the time to share it.

I wonder if you would mind contacting the PALS team so that we can understand more about your experience. You can contact them on 020 8967 5653 or LNWH-tr.PALS@nhs.net

We cannot identify you from your post and I would like us to investigate this properly.

Best wishes,

Anjali Patel

Update posted by Detective (a relative)

We contacted PALS as soon as we became concerned, it wasn't until she passed away, that they decided to act, to little to late.
