"Day case hysteroscopy"

I had an hystereoscopy and biopsy yesterday under general anaesthetic and was a bit of a nervous patient. Luckily the outstanding care of all staff in ward 11 put my mind at ease. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none. Such friendly, attentive staff, in a clean and welcoming environment. I was treated with dignity and respect I couldn’t ask for better treatment while on this ward and theatre. Nice touches like friendliness to my family who were waiting in reception room was also great. Thank you so much.
