(as the patient),

Had motorbike accident last Wednesday got broken collar bone 

A week later arrived on ward 207 7am very nice nurse took me to room asked if I needed anything she told me surgeon will be round soon for a talk. Another 2 nurses came in very friendly one for bloods, my blood is very hard to take out but she managed 1st time.the other nurse did my paper work(how much paper work is needed) 10AM getting board now then the paper trolley comes on ward get paper. Then time for a quick kip. 1pm time for surgery 4.45pm back on ward 207 nurses couldn't do enough for or for the other 4 patients. Spoke with you asked if needed drinks food anything. I seen about 4 that were around in the morning at 7am.nurse took all my final details and said we are discharging you 8.45pm time to go home. So all the staff on ward 207 you are great you do a fantastic job.
