I visited the urgent care desk (right next to A&E desk) in April 2019. The hospital is so big it can feel like a maze (standard with hospitals I guess) but once you find the A&E desk they were very quick to get us into the system and we were assessed within 30mins.
Onward treatment was very quickly dealt with and we were treated with great attention and care.
The place was also warm, clean and comfortable.
