"Very difficult to book appointments"

Very disappointed. It has been made almost impossible to book appointments with the herpes consultant. It is not possible to book these appointments online and the booking line is now only open from 10am to 12pm Monday to Friday - no consideration for people who work during these hours and cannot use their phones. Incredibly frustrating because the consultant is so good!
