"I felt valued and cared for throughout"

About: Victoria Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Visited Opthamology Outpatient Dept. for eye check. Seen at my appointment time and staff were efficient, pleasant and informative.

I felt valued and was cared for throughout. Although I was seen at the main hospital for the region, I live quite far away from Victoria Hospital. I was delighted that staff were able to make my next appointment at my local hospital.
