"My first experience of having an impression taken"

(as a service user),

This was my first experience of having an impression taken of my ear for a mould. It was a strange sensation when the putty was put into my eat, but Geoff ( the audiologist) was very gentle and explained the process to me in detail.

I was a little apprehensive about having it done, however, Geoff put me at ease.

I'm looking forward to seeing my gold sparkly mould when it arrives.
