"Removal of a cyst"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was in for a minor op to get a cyst removed from my left shoulder. Was a little nervous as I hate hospitals and the word operation, the nurses made me feel very comfortable and at ease there was a study nurse in as well which the surgeon kindly asked if she could stay and watched which I didn’t mind at all. All and all the time I was in the room with these nurses was a great experience!

Dear CIG123

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience in Day Surgery, I am delighted to see that the nurses made you feel very comfortable and that you had a really good experience, it can be very daunting coming in to hospital for any operation.

I will be pleased to pass your lovely comments on to all the staff on the ward who I am sure will be delighted.

Wishing you well in your recovery

Kind regards

Mandy
