"All staff made my stay extremely pleasant"

About: Royal Derby Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I would like to take this opportunity to express my and my families  sincere gratitude for the ward winning expert and professional care given to myself on a recent visit to Ward 206.

All the staff from the cleaning team to the surgeons made my stay extremely pleasant, to the point that I was not excited to leave.

The Food menu and quality is extremely of a high standard.

All staff are prepared to step over the line to ensure the patients come first.

My visit was for  LEFT knee revision, which means removing an installed mechanical knee joint, repair the the bone sockets and a full replacement joint installed, this is an extremely painful procedure, everyone on that ward took an interest my care, reduction of pain and recovery.
