About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I just have to thank ALL the staff in the unit from the doctors to the tea lady. Everyone was treated so well. The nurses were just amazing. People complain about NHS and the Starr well I’m not. Angels all of them. Professional polite and genuine care was given to everyone. God Bless all of you.
