I have been attending the Day Medicine unit at Forth Valley Royal hospital once a month for 5 years. I have always found this a very positive experience. The staff are amazing - they always have a smile no matter how busy they are. They make my infusion as pleasant an experience as possible.   Now the unit has moved I can now get mobile signal which makes contacting my friend who comes to pick me up a lot easier. I cannot praise the staff high enough - they're fabulous!

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that your visits to Day Medicine are always a positive experience and that the staff make you feel as relaxed as possible.

The staff have always impressed me with there positive attitude to their work and they go out of their way to ensure patients are comfortable and relaxed but it is always nice to hear this from the patients we care for. I will be sure to let the staff see your care opinion story.


Couldn't agree more about the mobile signal it is so important to be able to keep in touch with family and friends while receiving treatment.
