Referred and seen by Alison at physio department. Alison was very welcoming, took time to explain in detail my medical condition and the options available. At no time did I feel hurried and she encouraged me to engage and ask any questions I wanted to. Her physical examination was done with reassurance and sensitivity. I was apprehensive at this initial appointment and I left feeling listened to and optimistic going forward. Huge thank you to Alison for her advice and help.
