saw a lovely doctor but the triage nurse was rude and dismissive when I was presenting with anxiety and depression.her attitude was hostile and hard..She could easily push vulnerable people that are struggling over the edge with her attitude.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, I hope you are feeing or starting to feel better.
I answer a lot of reviews and a phrase I find difficult that you use is "attitude was hostile and hard" I am very sorry for how this made you feel.
Staff are taught how to care for people with depression and I am sorry this was not evident when you came to A&E.
