About: North Middlesex Hospital / Gynaecology

I have been send in this department from the fertility unit(which is amazing) for a scan. My appointment was for 9am but nobody actually came to see me. Couple of times I have spoken with the receptionist and she kept saying the doctor is coming. Is this the way you treat you patients.? I can’t even describe how disappointed I am. I don’t recommend this department to anyone as they are really unprofessional.
