"Caring professionals"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I had a Colonoscopy.  The procedure was carried out with a great deal of empathy and consideration no doubt the Surgeon knew his way around although I believe my innards proved a slight challenge.

Not a procedure I would like to undergo again but if required I will gladly attend Cannock Hospital and have my hand held by  the charming nurses.  Parts of the procedure proved to be more than a little uncomfortable, reduced by the gas and air (should have opted for the anaesthetic).

I felt confident at all stages of the admission, procedure, and recovery that I was being treated by caring professionals.
