Courteous reception and clinical staff.
Not difficult to get through on the phone.
Appointments normally available.
I have been with this surgery since 2002 and always found them very professional.
Online access OK but not as comprehensive ad it could be, eg test results and clinical correspondence.
Overall, though, very happy.

If you'd like to contact me regarding online access we are currently looking at this and would like a group of patients to test this for us and give feedback.
