I have been treated at this practice for a number of years for arthritis and high blood pressure and recently other medical needs have involved both the GP practice and hospital consultant. The practice has responded well when I experienced difficulties with some new drugs that had been recommended by the consultant and are always willing to provide alternative medicine that I might tolerate better. I feel that my concerns are listened to and addressed. I receive information about my condition and I am kept informed of what aspects of my condition my medication is targeting. Staff at the practice are always friendly and willing to help. I have always been able to access a doctor, they call back if they are busy when I call. I have not had a problem getting an appointment to see a doctor if I need to.
