I visited the ear nose and throat department on Thursday 3rd April 2019 at 1:30 I only had to wait five minutes until I was called I can’t thank the lady who I saw enough she was absolutely marvellous I am very happy with the hearing aid’s that I have received and all the information the lady gave me. I highly recommend this department .
I am only sorry that I can’t remember the ladies name that I saw
