About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde New Stobhill Hospital / Respiratory Medicine

(as the patient),

I have been having chest infections for over a year now very rarely without them.

I went to my GP and he recommended a chest xray.

the xray results came back I had a shadow on my lung and I was sent an appointment for stobhill for a breathing test.

My GP said that they would have to rule out that I did not have copd (which he didn't think I had as I have never smoked). before they would look for other reasons for the shadow.

I attended the appointment and was told I would have my results back within 4 weeks.
six weeks have gone by and I call my doctors surgery every day to see if the results are in with no success the receptionists keeps says the results must be ok or I would have had them by now

 I am worried sick and just want to know my results and have more test to find out why I'm having so many infections.
