"Day case for Hysteroacopy and Mysore Procedure"

I had a hysteroscopy woth myosure procedure as an afternoon patient yesterday. The waiting room was bright and airy with a tv to watch. The staff were extremely helpful and put me at ease. After being given some pain relief I was told I would need to wait 40minutes for them to take effect. The consultant came and fetched me for a pre procedure chat. He was very open and honest and put me completely at ease. He was honest about what to expect and how there would be staff there to support me during the procedure. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times. The procedure itself was extremely quick and painless and in fact I was shocked to know that it had been completed without me really realising it had been done. The whole thing took just a few minutes. After this the consultant explained what he had done and I was given a very much welcomed cup of tea. Cannot fault the treatment and would definitely recommend it.
