Let down by appearance

About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

I would just like to say that my experience was very good. The healthcare assistant was extremely professional and so was the staff nurse. They explained everything that they were doing and were both very welcoming .

I would also like to add that  a non-clinical member of staff although very professional I don't feel that their appearance was as she was in a clinical area I do not think she should not have had on bright red nail polish nor should she have had  a necklace on due to infection control guidelines and hospital protocol
