I have been overcharged by the mal-functioning machine in Hillingdon Hospital Car Park, however the security manager refused to refund me the money. NO “Faulty” sign on the malfunctioning machine which overcharged a lot of people (including many elderly people) and caused the patient family a lot of trouble;

I had been treated differently by the security staff and no reasoning had been provided;

When I asked for the standard procedure document, I received no procedure document, but only humiliation and insult from the security staff.
This unprofessional, insulting, and intimidating behavior is a gross breach of any company’s professional conduct policy therefore I complained to the hospital, however the security manager connived her staff and refused to refund the overcharged money back to the patient family. Worst hospital service I have ever been received! Very disappointed with the Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust!
