My Father was transferred swiftly after a readmission to Yeovil Foundation Hospital out to Crewkerne Hospital within 8 hours.

The care provided was seamless - amazing example of integrated care.

Right place. Right person. Right time.

Hi Kato,

Thank you so much for taking the time to get in touch with us to let us know about your Dad’s admission to our community hospital in Crewkerne.

It is always a worrying time when a loved one has to come into hospital and we are really pleased to hear it was a positive experience for not only your Dad but for you as well.
