"Respectful treatment"

About: Learning Disabilities / Community Learning disability team (CLDT)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Below is a summary of feedback from a carer of a service user who had received care from the Community Learning Disability Team – They completed a feedback form talking about the experiences of the service user:

I would be likely to recommend this service to friends and family if they needed this care or similar treatment.

I was treated with respect and I am happy with the help I was given. I was happy with where we were met for care and feel I was given clear and useful information. I don’t have any suggestions for any things the team could have done better.

Thank you for the positive comments you have put on your feedback questionnaire.

It is very encouraging for us to know that you would recommend our service to friends and family if they needed this care, and that you were given clear and useful information. We will ensure that the staff involved are informed of your feedback.

It is very helpful for us to receive feedback as it helps us to continue to improve services.
