"Appalling service"

I am a newly registered patient. I first called to book an appointment for my 8 month old baby who suffers from eczema I was told at 8 am all the appointments are gone I had to plead with the Secretary that this is an emergency for my baby and finally was given an appointment. The doctor I saw was great and now my baby's eczema have gone. I am almost 2 months pregnant suffering from stomach cramps and not been seen my gp since the beginning of my pregnancy as apparently it's not an emergency I need to go to a walk in clinic as advised by a clearly untra9ined receptionist). I wasn't given a doctors appointment and advised to go to a walk in centre or wait 2 weeks for an appointment as all appointments are gone.
