About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I was referred to inclusion by my doctor after I was struggling with the break down of my 20 year marriage. I felt I had no where to go and I didn’t know how to pull myself out of the dark hole I felt myself falling into.

My sessions with Steve have turned me around working through my feelings and emotions week by week. He’s led me to believe in myself again to slowly build me back up to the person I used to be. I learned so much, I thought I knew myself well but he brought the true me to the surface. Steve helped me to find different approaches to handle my anxiety (which I didn’t even know I was suffering from) and extremely sad situation when they arose. 

Steve gave me different ways to channel my thoughts, understand my feelings and how to help my mind shift in a more positive way.

Inclusion offers different approaches which I believe loved ones and friends maybe don’t understand, if you invest into the sessions the results are truly magical.

Thank you Thurrock inclusion and thank you Steve for helping me through this extremely difficult time.

Thank you for your very kind and positive feedback.

You mention not only that you learned how to cope better but also coming to a better ( deeper? ) understanding of yourself. That's a very important distinction isn't it?

It points out the importance of reflecting on your experience and actions and making a new sense out of them.

You are not just "fixing " the immediate problem but equipping yourself to recognize patterns and avoid these problems in the future!

I'm so pleased you have experienced this therapy as helping to build you back up.
