About: Circuit Lane Surgery

1. I have noted a substantial improvement regarding making my appointments to see doctors, although have had some difficulty in making appointments with nurses, less with doctor(s).

2. I would like to see the restoration of the daily "walk in" to see a doctor restored.

3. I would recommend practice to my friends or family following bad publicity in local media surgery has had as my impression is most of issues have been resolved and practice is now as good as or better.than others in this region, recognizing the NHS today.is so over burdened.

My apologies my response seems to have been returned by NHS Choices.

Thank you for taking the time to let us have your comments from our anniversary friends and family.

I am pleased you have noted an improvement in the service we offer.

I am thrilled that you feel you could now recommend us.

The patient walk in will not be returning for the foreseeable as we have appointments to offer on the day for everyone if needed.

Walk-ins tend to encourage queues and discontent due to long waits and uncertainty.

That said, never say never and if we should need to use it due to demand etc, then we would.
