Had a one off session with Clinical Psychologist Susan NHS Fife in 2017. That one, one hour session really helped me to identify the causes behind the difficulties I had been experiencing. It enabled me to make sense of what had been going on for me personally and begin to see a way ahead. It was the beginning of a turning point. Many thanks
