"Nurse led endoscopy review"

I have just had a phone call from the endoscopy review clinic. the nurse was very friendly and most helpful. she gave me my results of endoscopy and colonoscopy. I told her of my experience and wasn't sure of having another one. She very kindly put me at ease and what she would do to make the next one less of an experience. She explained why this was such an ordeal. I am delighted that this service is giving hospital appointments to patients who really need them instead of me taking up an appointment that they could use. well done guys a great idea.
