Am grateful with my GP for doing a full blood count after dizzy spells. Turned out am pre diabetic at the moment and managing my diet and eating healthy otherwise I would have developed type 2 diabetes without knowing.
They're doing investigations has a fatty liver and going for an ultrasound at Royal Hospital.
