I regularly need to replace the tubes on my hearing aid and find the department receptionist extremely rude.once u can forgive, but its every time u speak to her.....once you get hold of her on the phone, after leaving multiple messages she never let's u speak to voice your particular request, I have in the past been given the wrong tubes (which is important) when you go into the department she is abrupt, rushed, talks to you like your a toddler.

Perhaps a word with your reception staff on how to talk to people as this seems to be a regular complaint.

Today I have been very upset by how I've been treated.
