"She went over and beyond the call of duty"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I would like to say a huge thank you to (secretary) Joanne, for all her kindness and understanding following some upsetting news. I didn’t quite understand what was happening or what l was being told. Joanne went over and above the call of duty to find out from the Doctor  after l phoned her and she got back to me very quickly. She put my mind at ease and helped me understand the current situation and what would happen next. Once again, many thanks to Joanne.

Kind Regards
