I visited this unit a few hours after falling as I was not sure if my ankle was broken or just sprained. Each and every member of staff were so kind and respectful. After an X-ray it was confirmed that my ankle was just sprained. The advice I received to help it heal was amazing and I was even given a couple of painkillers to help. Despite it’s problems our NHS is still the best. Thank you
