About: WestMARC (Forth Valley) / Adult Wheelchair Clinic

(as a service user),

The service I receive from WestMARC is second to none. Alan came to  fix a problem that I reported, having fixed this he didn't just leave but checked the rest of the chair, found another problem and fixed that before he left.

When I phone to report a problem they never quibble over anything, just  book an engineer to come and sort it out.

What amazing feedback for the service and specifically for Allen.
