"Review ofreatment at Clement Road surgery for..."

I was referred to the doctor from my own doctor following an appointment to check on a suspect patch of skin, plus 3 other skin lesions. The appointment time was always kept to, no long waits. The doctor soon diagnosed that one lesion needed removing by surgery and the others were treated by cryotherapy. What turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma was removed by the doctor within 2 weeks. I then had follow up appointments for the next 2 weeks. Each time the doctor and his nurse were very efficient and treated me with respect. I suffer with anxiety but always felt safe and calm in their hands. The fact that they are quietly spoken suited me as i am somewhat nervous in a doctors environment. Although i would hope not to have to return with any more skin complaints, if i had to, i would definitely choose to be treated here.
