I feel isolated.
My husband is in your care, I am 150 miles away. You decline to update me on information, just telling me that he is comfortable.
I drive 150 miles, each way, and you agree to share information as my husband says it is OK.
You set up a password.
You will only give information if he has capacity, you suggest he drifts in and out of capacity.
Whilst he has capacity you say I can have information.
You tell me he is waiting for a package of care.
I tell you that he has lesions on his liver.
You tell me that you do not know about these - we don't know what the lesions are, ok, you are fixing the broken ankle.
We still need to address the lesions.
We need to determine if these are cancerous, don't we?
The package of care may well be driven by lesions in the liver
I feel far away and helpless.
"I feel far away and helpless."
