"Appointment (lost in space)"

In December last year saw the head consultant Nephrology who arranged for me to be seen at South Tyneside Hospital to save me having to travel to Sunderland. Great idea said I would be seen within three months but no appointment had been made, I rang the appointment line this morning and explained that a specialist nurse checked it for me and said that an appointment had been made for me to be seen on the 12March but I had no confirmation of this. When I rang the appointment line there was no record of this appointment. An appointment has now been made for the 2nd April. Where has my original appointment gone. If I had not rang this morning I would never have had any appointment.
