"Disabled patients unable to get into car bad..."

On numerous occasions disable patients are unable to get into their vehicle due to the disabled parking bays being blocked by cars. Staff are of no help, the computer says no. Come on guys get this sorted, its no joke for a wheelchair bound person sitting in the cold and rain waiting for some idiot who has blocked access to their vehicles. This needs to be escalated to a higher level.
