"“Appointment at 15h”"

I had an appointment for a blood draw at 15h at an early pregnancy unit and after 3 hours of waiting (I did ask couple of times if anyone is going to take my blood but the nurse at the front desk they are under staff and I need to wait) the lady who booked an appointment earlier this week recognised me and asked me what am I still waiting. When she heard that i am still waiting for the blood draw, she arranged it in a matter of minutes.

It’s degrading that I have to be recognised to get a treatment. And what is the point of an appointment if I will spent half a day in the waiting room.

This is not the first time this happened to me in this hospital Burbank i guess I have only myself to blame for keep coming back.
