I've been a patient with this surgery for well over 6 years and as time goes by it gets worse! From the way some receptionists having discourteous behaviour to lengthly waiting time sometimes nearly 1 hour and some of the GPs are clueless about the medical profession. Ironically, I've found that the nurses are more knowledgeable than some of the GPs. Perhaps it is not a bad idea if they swap places.
In a recent event, when it came to renewing my blood pressure prescription, the GP prescribed the wrong medicine and after two weeks of taking it and having swollen legs and a constant headache, my daughter who happens to be a doctor, realised I was given the wrong medicine. Today I've picked up my new prescription but I have to deal with the swollen legs for weeks to come and there was no apology when I pointed out the error!
"Not what one expects from a medical centre!"
