About: University Hospital Monklands / Gastroenterology (Ward 10)

(as a service user),

I would just like to thank Alison and Tracey for all their attention to detail that has kept me out of hospital since earlier this year. I can call these guys up and they always go the extra mile to help out. I even called at 5.53 pm on a Friday night and both ladies are still working away and still took my call to confirm my blood results. So once again thank you both very much.

Thank you so much for your very kind posting on Care Opinion. The IBD service at University Hospital Monklands is a credit to the staff and Alison and Tracy provide a truly person centred approach to their service. Keeping patients well is a key role of the service and helps patients to avoid hospital admission when possible.
