"Conwy Mental Health Management ROSLIN"

Perhaps someone from management will actually answer this?! The system has been changed yes! I feel this is due to more cuts...but why do you not put your mental health patients first! Today I learnt that the secretary for my consultant had moved to Nant y Glyn but I could be seen at Roslin! Also I was told after seeing my consultant regularly that they had agreed to review me...then I don't know what happens!!

I've been under Roslin for 3 years before I saw the consultant I have now, I saw at least 4 other psychiatrist s because they kept leaving what an absolute joke! Do you realise what you are doing to mental health patients? Do actually understand what is needed by someone who is very poorly.

When I'm ill and in the depths of despair I call my consultant's secretary (who is an absolutely amazing secretary she is understanding and shows compassion) she then would run round and find my consultant (an absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and trust worthy consultant) and see if they would see me...which they would. Now this secretary is separated from Roslin and would need to phone me back! Also after my review I may have to see a different consultant which makes me feel anxious, upset and unable to settle because of the not knowing.

I think you as a health team management are making me ill. You are the trigger this time to the relapse in my mental health...how do you justify explaining the changes you have made to your mental health patients (I don't think you have notified any of your patients about changes. Negative changes - one the biggest reasons for relapse

I will not let this be forgotten about nor will I accept 'no answer/response'. 

As one of your long term patients you have a duty of care, not just to me but all your other patients. I think its time that management actually reformed their system correctly and listened to their patients and worked a positive system!
