"Excellent Child Centred Care"

My daughter recently had to get hearing aids, which is a challenging thing to come to terms with for her and us as parents. However this whole process has been smooth, supportive, child-centred, fun, humourous, Professional, informative and most of all delivered compassionately by David in Audiology at NHS Fife. We were all valued in the process, our views were sought, our fears were dispelled and our child has been fully supported in a way she can understand. The time, resources and professionalism demonstrated and provided by David have been truly amazing.   NHS Fife should recognise this brilliant health professional and the difference he has made to my little girls life, thank you.
