The facilitators on the Taking back control Course course were patient and informative. I felt there was a lot of eye contact and sometimes felt the course was designed around me - I suppose that is the paranoia talking and I need to as Bob said refrain the thought process. There was a lot of information shared by the other students and it was good to listen to others coping strategies. Sometimes I had strong feelings against what was said but I was polite and respectful and listened to others opinions. Sometimes I felt like I took my first steps into recovery however realise Its going to be a long and winding road with many setbacks. A lot of content that was shared I already had knowledge of from past experiences in the mental health system. I wish I had done the course a long time ago along with the other personal development courses I have done in the past.
