This issue has been going on for nearly 5 years, after a scan and the stones were detected then a removal was suggested. Unfortunately when I came off my anti tnf, I developed arthritis in my eye and took the decision to save my eyesight instead.
Fast forward 3 years and I had a horrible what I thought was bad food intolerance, and went to out of hours doc who diagnosed gallbladder inflammation. Again no emergency removal was possible due to anti tnf and no infection.
Got emergency appointment with gastro team for late Feb, but ended up being admitted on early Feb with pancreatitis. Team got that under control but again reluctant to remove gallbladder at that stage due to anti tnf.
Admitted early March and now happily gallbladder free!!
