Had treatment from the surgeon last year June - July 2018, good man, would trust him in most situations...my myopia went from - 2.25 ( Right ), - 4.00 ( Left ) to + 0.25 both eyes, good outcome,( near vision however has been compromised, forever ! )
However still receiving e mails advertising lens replacement therapy.....I've HAD IT ALREADY !
The surgeon.... please use your ' clout ' to
enable the IT system to at least separate existing users of the service from 'wanabees ' , I am fully paid up member , my eyes are irreversibly changed forever....
Why would I want a
reminder about how my eyes COULD be improved.....Happy fishing !

PS ; Having spent so much on the operation ( no complaints ), yet again, in this world of ours, let down by inadequate IT system that embarrasses the integrity of the actual surgeon by treating me
( existing service user ) as a completely new potential service user. Money talks !!
