"I would give it 0 stars if I could"

I can never get an GP appointment when I am available. I usually have to wait 4-6 weeks for a suitable appointment. The staff fail to provide accurate information that has led to a delay in my care. The nurse or GP are NEVER on it, their time management skills are shocking. I would not recommend this surgery at all. I've moved around a lot and have been at many GP practices and this is by far the worst I have experienced.
