This hospital benefits you because there is a lot more freedom and a lot more to do than prison. You feel free as well

Education wise you learn a lot. There could be more activities and taking people off the unit more. When I do go off the unit I walk around the grounds and get some fresh air, play basketball and football.

There should be more staff. When there isn't enough staff people get silly, they can’t get off the unit and people can't do what they want or what they are looking forward to doing.

I would recommend St Andrew's because there is more freedom.

Since this issue was raised the activity co-ordinator has returned from long term sick and is looking at suitable activities both in the community and within the grounds as certain individuals due to MHA or MOJ restrictions are limited.

Acorn is now following a recruitment process above its WTE level of nursing staff and all MDT posts remain filled
